About Visualible
Visualible publishes enhanced digital books called MeBooks. A MeBook includes the original published text together with optional contextual reference material such as glossaries, timelines, maps, and other supporting information.
Account Access
Some areas of the platform may require a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity associated with your account.
Purchases
When you purchase a MeBook, you receive access to the current edition of that title within the Visualible reading environment.
Unless otherwise stated, future updates to that MeBook may be provided without additional charge.
Permitted Use
- Use Visualible for personal reading purposes
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Do not redistribute MeBooks beyond granted rights
- Do not interfere with platform functionality
Availability
Visualible may modify or discontinue features, titles, or services at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visualible shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
